This is good advice... Don't forget to create a life that includes taking care of yourself. I have to remind myself that I need just a few minutes for myself each day. There are many different ways to do this. Make a list of 10 things that you would enjoy as a " time out." What are your favorites? 1. Paint 2. Nap 3. Facial 4. Listen to Music 5. Walk 6. Dance 7.
